RETURNS/REFUND

We are committed to your 100% satisfaction. Therefore, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply send it back within 10 days after you receive it and we will give you a full refund. Keep in mind that the order has to be made on our website (drwhitepro.com). Products purchased from third-party sellers are not eligible.

The product has to be in perfect resell conditions; with no marks and packaging intact. We cannot accept any used products and any we receive will be returned to the purchaser at their cost.

Our general return conditions:

• You are responsible for arranging, paying for (including charges if any) shipping products back to our store address.
• Please be aware that any items bought during a sale cannot offer to refund.
• To complete your returns/refund, please contact us before taking any actions. (noted that you will be required to submit the original purchase invoice as proof of purchase and if requested, the entire product, to support a refund claim)
