SHIPPING

Shipping Cost:

We are offering free local delivery and trusted international express shipping. All Dr. WhitePro shipments are sent via DHL Express Courier.

Order Processing:

• We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment has been made. Pre-ordered items will be proceeded within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
• Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details within 24 hours. *
• Once your order shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number. *
• Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provided. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund your payment, however, the shipping cost will be charged, and ask that you resubmit your order.
